High-speed train Ankara - Sivas

The first free passengers of the Ankara-Sivas high-speed train, which opened yesterday, departed from Sivas heading to Ankara. After Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that the high-speed train would be free until the end of May, citizens who had made reservations online gathered at the YHT station in front of the ticket counter. Following ticket checks, they boarded the train and set off for Ankara.

Ankara - Sivas High-Speed Train

The first free passengers of the Ankara - Sivas high-speed train, which opened yesterday, traveled from Sivas to Ankara.
After President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that the high-speed train would be free until the end of May, citizens who had made reservations online gathered at the YHT station in front of the ticket booth and boarded the train heading to Ankara after their tickets were checked.

This train, which departs from Sivas and stops at Kırıkkale and Yozgat stations, arrives in Ankara with 460 passengers.

One of the passengers, named Ismail Ozturk, expressed his gratitude to those who launched this project during an interview with reporters.
Eyup Demir expressed happiness over the realization of the anticipated project in Sivas, stating: "I’m going to Ankara with my child, I will visit and come back. Great services have been provided to Sivas.
I am very happy to have taken the high-speed train for the first time."
