Panjere website and application complies with international laws and the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

This platform is for users who live in or travel to Turkey.

Membership and posting ads on the Panjere platform is and will be free for everyone. This application is designed for the convenience of tourists and residents in Turkey.

Using the Panjere application means accepting these terms. Panjere has no agreement with users outside of these terms. The following conditions apply to those who use published ads in any form, whether regular or exclusive.

You are responsible for using the ads, and Panjere has no obligation regarding direct, indirect, and criminal damages resulting from your use of this platform.

Panjere does not enter into any contract, commitment, or document with real or legal advertisers. Users can edit their ads at any time, therefore this platform accepts no responsibility for any type of ad posted on Panjere and only displays content posted by users.

We strive to publish ads with accurate and correct information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the ads.

Panjere can delete any message, advertisement, or photo that you send to this site, or any user account and other information related to you or created by you at any time and in any way it deems necessary.

Ads will be published as soon as possible after review by Panjere. This does not mean approval of an ad as users can delete or edit their ad at any time.

Please note that your ads should not violate or include the following: Violation of international laws, Republic of Turkey laws, and social norms in Turkey; violation of personal privacy; any insult to official religions, customs, traditions, ethnicities, dialects, and different accents; instrumental use of people's images in advertising; unnecessary posting of face photos or use of children's photos for products and services not targeted at children; any political, social, or religious advertising that has no commercial aspect; illegal and unauthorized economic activities; goods and services related to drugs; services related to matchmaking, friendship, massage, temporary marriage advertisements, and organ trading; posting account numbers in ad text; any misuse of others' mobile phone numbers is subject to legal prosecution, and the advertiser is considered responsible, and Panjere has no responsibility in this regard.

Panjere's suggestion is to buy from those with whom you can meet in person before making a transaction. Never pay any costs before receiving goods or services. If the seller provides personal information or bank account information, it is not sufficient reason to trust them; another person's information may have been misused. If possible, get a valid written receipt from the seller after purchasing the goods.
