Fatmanur Celik and Her Daughter Found Dead on the Beach
Fatmanur Celik and her daughter, Hifa Ikra Senguler, were discovered dead on the Zeytinburnu beach in Istanbul. Celik had previously made a public plea, stating, "If anything happens to me, do not say I committed suicide."
According to allegations, Fatmanur Celik was subjected to abuse as a child by an individual identified as A.S. and was subsequently forced into marriage. It is further alleged that her daughter, Hifa Ikra Senguler, was also a victim of abuse by the same person.
Fatmanur Celik had previously held a justice vigil in front of the Anadolu Courthouse in Kartal, Istanbul, to seek public support. Her past statement, "If anything happens to me, do not call it suicide," has gained renewed attention following the incident.
